Rate: $189/night +12.5% tax

Acknowledgements: You will be sent an email confirmation at the time you reserve your room.

Guarantee: A valid credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation and you must have the applicable credit card at check-in to cover all expenses. You will be charged for one night at the time you make your reservation. If you will not have this credit card with you at the conference, you will need to pre-pay all nights when making your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If you do not cancel your room, you will be charged one night’s room/tax. You are responsible for canceling your own hotel reservation. Cancel your room five days before you arrive to avoid the charge.

Transportation To/From Airport:

The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin is located 25 miles from the Orlando International airport and is an approximately 30-minute ride.

Mears Motor Shuttle – shuttle runs every hour: one way is $21 (adult), $17 (age 4-11), free (under age 3). Round trip is $34/$27.
