Registration Fees:

On or before February 29, 2008: $250

After February 29, 2008 and on-site: $375

In order to process your registration, a check (in U.S. dollars, payable to Lifesavers Conference, Inc.), credit card number (Visa or MasterCard only), or purchase order must accompany your registration form. Registration forms without an attached P.O. or payment will not be processed.

The registration fee includes:

Choice of over 80 workshops
Reception Sunday in the exhibit hall
Three lunches (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday)
Two continental breakfasts (Monday & Tuesday)
Refreshment breaks
All conference material
Access to all exhibits

Cancellation Policy:

On or before March 31, 2008: registrants may receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee.

After March 31, 2008: there will be no refunds.

• All cancellations must be sent in writing to Lifesavers Conference, Inc.
• All approved refunds will be made after the conference.
• No-shows will not receive a refund.

Lifesavers is again offering to waive the registration fee for qualified applicants.

• Do not send in a registration form with your application; wait until you have been notified of your acceptance/denial.  You are guaranteed the lower/early conference rate if you are denied.
• Aid is offered to those demonstrating a clear financial need.
• Priority will be given to those who have not previously received financial aid.
• One fee will be waived per office/organization at the same location.
• Exhibitors are not eligible.
• Applications are due February 15, 2008 for attendees; speakers can still apply after that date.
• Speakers may apply for additional aid (see box on form); average aid given to speakers in 2007 was $600.
