Registration Fees:

Early Registration: $200 on or before February 24, 2006

Late Registration: $300 after February 24, 2006 and on-site

Financial aid will be available for waived registration.

Registration forms will be available on this website in late December.

The conference will begin on Sunday, April 9 at 10:00am and conclude on Tuesday, April 11 at 1:15pm. The conference registration fee includes:

•  Choice of over 80 workshops
•  Reception Sunday in the exhibit hall
•  Three lunches (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday)
•  Two continental breakfasts (Monday & Tuesday)
•  Refreshment breaks
•  All conference material
•  Access to all exhibits and poster presentations

Exhibit Fees:

$500 per non-profit booth
$1,000 per for-profit booth

Exhibit application forms will be available on this website
in late December.

Poster Session:

Lifesavers will again be offering a poster session in the exhibit hall. Applications will be available on this site by late December.

Rooms subject to 15% tax per night. All sleeping rooms are handled through the Austin Housing Bureau only. Do not call the hotels directly; our reduced conference rates are only available through the Housing Bureau. Reservations will be accepted by fax, mail, and via this website in December.
