Fees and Deadlines

TENTATIVE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Early Bird: $350 before/on Febuary 11, 2011

$450 after Febuary 11, 2011 and on-site

Cancel your Registration by March 24, 2011 to receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds are available after this date. No-shows will not receive a refund.

TENTATIVE EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES

$500 per non-profit booth
$1,000 per for-profit booth

Cancellation of Booth Space must be made in writing by February 25, 2011 to receive a refund minus 50% fee. No refunds will be made after this date.

OTHER DEADLINES

Poster Session application: January 28, 2011

Reduced Registration application: January 28, 2011

Hotel reservations: March 11, 2011

Speaker A/V Requests: March 4, 2011

Speaker handouts for posting on the Lifesavers website: March 9, 2011
