Lifesavers 2008 Conference - Fees & Deadlines

CONFERENCE FEES

On or before February 29, 2008: $250

After February 29, 2008 and on-site: $375

April 3, 2008 is the last day to send registration or checks by mail. After this date, bring your registration form to the conference.

Canceling your Registration

By March 31, 2008: refund minus $25 processing fee
After March 31, 2008: no refunds

EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES

$500 per non-profit booth
$1,000 per for-profit booth

Cancellation of Booth Space

By March 5, 2008: refund minus 25% fee
March 6 - 19, 2008: 50% refund
After March 19, 2008: no refunds

DEADLINES

Poster session application forms due: February 15, 2008

Financial assistance application forms due: February 15, 2008

Hotel reservation deadline: March 14, 2008

Speaker A/V Request forms due: March 21, 2008

Speaker handouts due for posting to the web by Lifesavers: March 28, 2008
