CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES

Good news – registration rates remain the same this year!

Early Bird Special until February 29, 2012: $300
Regular Rate, March 1 to April 30: $350
After April 30/Onsite: $450

EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES

For Profit, $1,000
Non-Profit, $500

Cancellation of Booth Space must be made in writing by May 15, 2012 to receive a refund minus 50% fee. No refunds will be made after this date.

OTHER DEADLINES

Poster Session application: April 17, 2012

Hotel reservations: May 15, 2012

Speaker A/V Requests: May 25, 2012

Speaker handouts for posting on the Lifesavers website: May 25, 2012
